SHIPPING POLICY

At Taft Candle Co., each order is carefully packed and prepared with the same attention and care that goes
into our candles.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier but typically range from 2–7 business days once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Taft Candle Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Taft Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
Candles and wax melts are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.
Taft Candle Co. is not responsible for products affected by heat exposure once delivered. We recommend:

  • Retrieving packages promptly

  • Having items delivered to a temperature-controlled location when possible


Damaged Items in Transit
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
