REFUND POLICY

At Taft Candle Co., each product is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to detail. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if there is an issue, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Used candles or wax melts

• Items that have been burned, melted, or altered

Warm Weather Disclaimer
Candles and wax melts are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.
Taft Candle Co. is not responsible for products affected by heat exposure once delivered. We recommend retrieving packages promptly and having them delivered to a temperature-controlled location when possible.

Cancellations
We do not guarantee order cancellations. However, if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
